Wearing ordinary rubber boots, we walk only about 1km into the Wadden Sea before reaching one of the large oyster banks, where we collect lots of fresh oysters. With filled buckets, we drive in our own cars about 5 km to the Marshdistillery, where OYSTER KING will show us how to prepare oysters in the most amazing ways: raw, grilled and marinated.
