Depending on the season and season, we mix the unique Wadden Sea Experiences for you;
Make your own original Højer Sausages. Guests will have the opportunity to make their own sausages with the original ingredients from Højer Pøser. The sausages are part of a meal that guests prepare themselves in Højergård's kitchen. The event is adapted for vegetarians.
Sank herbs in Tøndermarsh. A local herb guide takes guests out into nature to find and taste herbs. The herbs are later used in the meal prepared by the guests themselves.
Black sun with guide. In March and April, the phenomenon of black sun can be experienced with local experienced guides, who will take you out to the areas of the marshland where the starlings gather in 100,000 thousands before they go to rest for the night.
Sank oysters at shallows. Local experienced guides take guests out to the oyster banks at low tide, where we collect all the oysters we can eat and take home.
